What's wrong with my frog now?

CDP75 Oct 14, 2004 08:30 PM

I just got thru treating both my ACF's for a fungus and parasites about 3 weeks ago.
Now, Pinkie has this lump on her back and red marks all over her face.
I'm taking pictures to work tomorrow to see if one of the vets knows what's going on.

Anyone here know?

here's the lump..

Here's the red marks on her face....Both frogs have been healthy the whole year I've had until recently.

I had posted before about ammonia probelms and red blotches on her skin. I was told they were ammonia burns. I've since them have fixed the ammonia levels and those blotches went away. The red marks she has now looks different.

Well, do you use water from a pond or something? Could be another parasite, like a worm-thing that lives under the skin, I forget what they are called. Is the pH way out of whack? Is something chewing on its snout? Too much salt in the water? Too little? Did something drop on it? It looks strange but I can't put my finger on it.
