baby spotted turtle care question.....

AdamDispenza Oct 28, 2004 12:19 PM

Hi,

I was wondering if spotted turtles, especially hatchlings, are difficult to keep? I've heard that they stress more easily then other baby turtles and often die. Its there any truth to this?

Thanks

Adam

I have not found them particularly difficult. Because they prefer *cooler* temperatures, I think they're relatively easy! Clean water is essential.

Only "stress" I've seen mine exhibit is, "You haven't feed us enough!!" Their claim, not mine!
