Fish are the best things for these guys. That's what they eat in the wild. We (my boyfriend and I) have a trio and they all eat large comets. Depending on the size go for rosy reds or appropriately sized comets. They will eat other things but ours have a staple diet of fish. I believe they will eat things like earthworms but I have never tried this and wouldn't try it in a home aquarium. If you have any other questions please feel free to email me at katie AT pokeysnails DOT com.

Pretty much ANYTHING.

Nightcrawlers, goldfish, pinikie mice, crickets, mealworms, chunks of meat, literally ANYTHING animal based.
