ok Iv'e heard from people soptteds are illegal in ny, so I was just checking out the dec web site and read this and now I think that they may be legal so anyone here know for sure if they are or not thanks again

ya that info was great...thanks so much I'm gonna Email the DEC and see what they say looks to me like pepole have been wrong bout spotteds..keeping fingers crossed
