Floating Frog Eye Issue

We currently have three floating frogs in a 10 gallon tank. 1 frog has developed a green color around both of its eyes. It has not lost its appetite, however, I am wondering what this color change from the brown to the green may be and if it is a problem or a concern to the other two frogs.
