I'm doing my first water change since getting an albino ACF.The Amquel bottle states that it can reduce the oxygen levels for about an hour, so if I use this product should I take the frog out for that hour?

I had a similar question awhile back and I was told that I did not have to wait. I put my frogs back in right away and they are healthy and doing just great
