Man, cats suck!

Candoia Mar 03, 2005 12:39 PM

I was bored so I went through a lot of these older posts, and I am shocked by how many include cats as the reason snakes escape. Knocking down cages, opening cages...good thing I don't keep cats! Just was amused and thought I'd share.

My cats enjoy watching the snakes eat. Well ok, lets admit to the truth. They love the thought of mice in the house.

I have two Tonkinese cats that I have renamed "SUPA RATS" sometimes affectionately known as "SEWER RATS". Its kind of like a feline gang of sorts. Im sure when we shut the lights out or go out of the house, they are smoking cat nip with the locals and sticking their tongues out at the snakes.

They truly believe we cant see them in stealth mode (which is simply them walking into a room, thinking they are invisicats) when we have the snake cage open for cleaning or feeding. One of them will suddenly appear whistling looking around the room as if he doesnt notice snakes or mice. Its all a ploy, Im certain.
