Indoor ponds...

goini04 Mar 14, 2005 08:24 PM

hello everyone,

I realize this is basically the wrong forum. I viewed the correct forum for this question but it seems like a ghost town in there. So I figured I would give it a whirl in here.

I am wondering if anyone happens to have medium to larger indoor ponds? If you do, how expensive is it to build and what is required? Just some good links to information would be great if someone could offer that, as where I am certainly not expecting anyone to type me out a whole sheet on how to build an indoor pond that is durable and reliable.

I did a google search and couldnt find anything immediately that was too informative, I will continue looking but meanwhile just thought that I would ask if anyone has some recommendations or info to offer.

Thanks a bunch,
Stan

P.S. Heres what it's for.....

A good place to find information on ponds (both indoor and outdoor)is Tropical Fish Hobbyist magazine. There are all kinds of ads for ponds and pond construction. Pick up an issue and check the back section.
But plan to get the largest one you can afford....that little boy will swimming and diving like crazy in a few years and will need something pretty big. Oh, the gator will need something large too.

LOL, thanks for the info. Yeah, the gator is the biggest issue. My nephew....well....I will let his dad deal with that.:D

Thanks again
Stan
