While I am somewhat certain most programs ceased taking applications back in February, you may find a few "last minute" opportunities at the AZA website.

These research experience for undergraduate (REU) programs are great opportunities for undergrads. A couple are listed on that cnah.org site. Google 'REU NSF Herpetology' and related keywords and perhaps you'll find more.
Here's a word of advice too - be sure to proofread your application. It is also not a bad idea to get help from a professor on putting together your application.
