I went to bed and she was caged, this morning I notice the cats had messed with the cage making it easy to get out and she is gone. Time to redesign the cage!
Any ideas on locating a almost 5 ft ball python. There are 2 cats in the house as well.

Found her 10 ft away from the cage in the kitchen koiled 3 ft up from the floor between the wall and refrigerator.
Greetings
Glad you found you baby unharmed....I presume then that the cats are also ok?
Is it possible for a good sized (anything 3 feet and up) ball python to get caught up in/ damaged (burned?) by refrigerator coils?? I've had a ball that escaped in the past, and that was one of the two or three major concerns I had about that apartment at that time. Now that I have another ball, it might be a good thing to know in terms of "child-proofing" the apartment.
Just wondering,
Antigone
