i have just been to the aquerium and i saw some adorable baby turtles and i might get some im just wondering is it safe for them to be outside in the pond with frogs and fishes or inside in their own tank

It depends on several factors:
1)Where do you live?
Climate has a major effect on whether or not you can place a turtle outside.
2)What species of turtle is it?
Different species require different temps, and the temperment of the turtle will play a big role in what you can keep with it.
