Hello, I found a wood turtle in Wisconsin yesterday and the herp atlas for the state says that it is threatened. I was wondering if this is a state thing, or if this species is threatened throughout it's range.

Leave the woodie where it was, they are protected in the whole USA. unless he was near a dangerous place, leave him otherwise take him to a safer location.
