Russian, Leopard or ????

New to this and just starting out doing research on which Tort. would be best for the climate/state we live in. We live in NJ and eventually would like to have an outdoor Tort when the weather is warm enough of course.
I know I don't want a Sulcata, I'm sure of that!

Also, where does everyone get their Torts from? I've seen breeders who will ship to me...any recommendations on where you got your own Torts from?

Thanks so much. Sorry if I sound so 'new' and useless!

Joanne

Thanks!
I've decided to go with the Hermann Tortoise. Having difficulty finding an adult so I'm going to get a baby/hatchling.

Thanks,
Joanne
