came home from working at a reptile show, went to feed my muds and i found a white rock. but it wasnt a rock i was an egg, kept digging and i foung 3 more. anythign i should know about these. the muds i kep are just common mud turtles. thanks.

I've not had the privilege to hatch out eggs, but I from what I've read, its best to mix a substrate of permilite and dirt or potting soil and keep it moist but not saturated with a lid that has some holes in it. Are you going to keep all the hatchlings?

they are on perlite in an incubator set to 80, but i think im going to have to keep them my mother claims that they are hers.
