Hy, everybody!
I love my turtle. He lives in our home about 6 months. I bought him dry crickets, dry opuntia given by me with fresh leaves, box turtle food, vitamins and calcium supplements. I try to give him fresh cactus, dandelion, chickory, endive, escarole. But he doesn't like anything except lettuce. If I have time I use hand feeding to give him more necessary food than lettuce. About 4 days he has urine (?) with pinkish flakes. Is this normal? thanks in advance.

You will need to tell us what species of turtle you have. There are no general rules that cover all species.

If you are uncertain, you post a photo over on the "what turtle is this" forum.

Sometimes an animal won't eat because it is ill, or too hot, too cold, to dry, too wet, etc. So we need to know what you have first.
