i lost the love of my life today, totally by accident. it seems the lid to the cage wasnt on tight and monty, my ball, got out! now i am in a dorm room and i am not supposed to have him so this is bad. i checked the closets, the beds, all the warm spots, and every possible place i thought he could go!
i left a mouse in a box and a heat pad with a hidey hole out. is there anything else i can do?

Dont sit or set anything heavy on anything else. In my personal experience I have never had an escaped ball leave the room. check shoes and shirt sleeves too, once i had one coil in the sleeve of a sweatshirt and i couldnt find him for a couple of days. He probably didnt venture out, so keep looking.
