Breeding Halmahera Island ground boa in Spain

candoiamac Oct 24, 2005 10:24 AM

Hello from Spain, I had been waching all the posts of feeding newborn candoias and taking good information of all of you (sorry for my rustic english). I have Candoias (different species and subespecies) since 1999 and these was the first year I got them breed. 5 days ago I got 13 babys of halmahera boas and now will start with the hard job of get them feed. I know some tricks to try and will let them you know the experiences. Best regards to all of you

To add pictures, you can type with your image's URL between the brackets. Congratulations on the babies.

Oops, it turned my typing into a pic attempt. Basically put your image URL before [/img] and after [img] with no spaces.

If you want to post the URL address here, I can post your pictures for you and explain how it works.

Luckily I'm a member there too. Are these your babies?

candoiamac Oct 28, 2005 01:45 AM

Yes Kevin, those are my babies. I got 12 in total. Yesterday I separated in different shoe boxes to start next week trying to feed them. I will keep informing you how it goes.
