Hey everybody, I have 3 henkel eggs in the incubator right now and the one that has been in there the longest has gone 80 days and is going strong (lots of pink, red, and black formations when I candle it). I am a beginning breeder and I had a fertile egg in the summer that grew a baby but at the hatching mark it just ended up dying and never hatching. I just am so worried that I am doing everything so wrong. My question is that when I take the eggs out of the incubator to weigh them if that temperature change could have a detrimental effect? It is only for a minute but still. The temperature drop is like a 5 degree difference. Ok, just let me know what you think. Thanks everybody.
