Trans-Pecos Copperheads

atrox182 Dec 27, 2005 09:18 PM

Can anyone give me temp ranges for these copperheads. I am keeping mine at a temp of 85 degrees F on the warm end for daytime, 75 degrees F on the warm end nitetime, a friend disagree with the temps, he thinks they should be lower for the daytime temps. Thanks

might be a tad warm in daytime unless the snake is hiding. Now only relating to where they come from and the ones that I observe : night time warm and sometimes a little muggy. daytime outa site. The best nights for me observing TPC are after a really warm day and they must be way down to escape the temp.
