AFRCIAN EYELASH VIPER ?

i thought they were s. american!
am i wrong? im getting one this summer (working with the breeder for the next few months till they are ready to come home!) and i am trying to learn all i can about them, and i came across this pic, its linked to a breeder, do they just have the info wrong on the page?

Just another example why we use latin names. It's a common name used in Africa for snakes of the species Atheris. We also call them Bush Vipers.
