I found this lizard for sale on an asian site, could not read it to find out what this lizard was. I would like to get 2.2 for breeding. I have more photos of different views.

That looks like a green collard lizard with a spiny swift tail.

Is that an actual lizard? where is it from? whats the scientific name? Is it called a green collard lizard?

Its an Emerald Tree Monitor and if You do Not know what they are do not imagine buying them they are not the easiest lizard to keep let alone breed.

1st off you are a moron. Maybe it is not an emerald tree monitor and I really was not all that concerned as I never ask (What is This) I look! So now that is clarified for every one to see I will make another 2 suggestions.
1st the Lizard In question is Not Photoshop editus and is probably a Cnemidophoris pectinata unless you can figure something better.
2nd Stop calling yourself Mr.python with only 2 in your inventory!
