www.xenopus.com will have them available on occasion. they have another species of pipa as well, Pipa parva. they are much smaller and sort of resemble a dwarf frog.

What country are you in? xenopus is great for the lower 48 states, but won't cross any borders. Also check out www.pipidae.net, it's a sight, and forum just for xenopus/pipids. There is alot more pipa pipa keepers out there than you might think
