Here's some old pics of my daughter with my male calking and one of him is his set-up, he's just over 4 feet in these pics.

In my biased opinion, calkings with all the different highly constrasting color morphs out there are an excellent choice over all those bland eastern kings. hehehehe

Here's one I caught in Santa Cruz last summer. I also caught on in Las Vegas over 4th of July weekend in 2005. More pics of these snakes are on my website.

I bought this guy as an adult in October. He's representative of one kind of California Kingsnake, but there are many "morphs" of this species.

like them myself except for the thin bandeds and patternless, but they're a great starter kingsnake for learning the in's and out's of getula keeping.here's some of mine these are 3 and a half yrs old or oldler

I just shot these, and they are in many ways more typical of what I see when I see my California Kingsnake. He spends much of his time hiding, but occasionally, he pokes his head out.
