You might just cut the leg quarters at the joint and put down a piece for the cat. She certainly can cut up the meat herself. Cats can eat the bone for the calcium when they need it. As long as you don't have a dogg that can get the larger bones, there is no worry about the cat choking, as they are very careful eaters.
