Hello all,

Our African Dwarf Frog is ~ 1 year old. His arms have never quite developed and he has a hunched look to him. I've noticed that he often looks like he has fine, filmy stuff hanging from him. Today as I was cleaning his tank, it looked like the filmy stuff is still there and is wrapped around his body just below his head. His body seems to be growing around it similar to how a tree will grow around a rope tied around it. Is that shedded skin that won't come off, or something else? If its wrapped around his body, could that be why his arms aren't developing?

Any advice as to what I should do?
