Hi,

T.lepidus are typically less agressive than most other Lacertas.
But still thea ARE lacertas and aggression can become an issue. E.g., males can stress a single female by permanent mating efforts and on the other hand two females do not alway get along well.
So you need either 1,2 which get along well or the possibility to seperate the sexes.
If kept in a calm romm, many specimens turn or stay shy.
If kept in a frequented romm, they get rapidly used to the presence of humans.
They are voracious feeders.
I keep my adults in an open tank with 6 x f ft groundspace.
Thats a nice size, but if you want a quote on the minimum size for a Pair, IŽd say 5 x 3 x 3 ft.
Hide boxes with tunnels or 1 ft of diggable substrate are a must, since they prefer to hide in rodent nest in the wild.

Hope that helps

Ingo
