He also has orange on his belly. As with the whole clutch. Some more than others. They didn't have orange when they hatched but have developed the orange as they got older. They are 2005 hatchlings.
I know cal kings aren't supposed to have orange as a typical color and I know these aren't hybrids. The daddy is an Albino High White cal king that I hatched out in 2000 from the Osborne High White line. The mother is a B.H.B. Ghost cal king that was het for albino. The original Ghost cal king was a wild caught from Palomar, CA area. So both parents are 100% cal king, but yet they have partial orange bellies.
