I found the same problem, what you want to do it make sure you're providing them with UVB and adequate heat find out if it is sudan or madagascar ( sudan have orange sides and a bluish underbelly). Crickets are great , other than that tyhey like all sweet treats and vegitables, you will learn in time what they like and what they do not ( they are all unique) Mine likes Bananas and romain lettuce. I know they say not to use heat rocks but mine absolutely LOVE theirs.I've attached some URLs that will help , that have helped me , you can find all these on google if the links do not work
