"WC" stands for Wild Caught. Its a little hard to tell from the pics, but I think i see some enlarged femoral pores sticking out which would make that lizard a male. The tail is definately a regenerated one, but you're right, its very pretty.

Give this guy a month or so to heal up a bit and shed once or twice and he'll be looking great.

I don't have any experience with this particular Phelsuma species but all the info you would want is at this site:
