if youre worried about the male being confident, you should take the female out of the enclosure and reintroduce her a little later on. all the different enclosure moves are very stressful to these animals though. for the sake of breeding, its more stressful to be moved from a smaller enclosure to a bigger one then it is to stay in the smaller enclosure. ive had subadult standings that had escaped and i let them roam free for a coulple months, but when i put them back into their tank they refused to eat for a while.
