Derrick,- I suppose you plan on misting the substrate and / or providing a humid hide to keep the humidity up? Putting a ball of moistened spaghnum into the hide would be an option. Babies love to dig in there!
In terms of the water dish you should be careful to have the edges very low, as babies flip over easily when trying to climb and often are not able to get back on their legs again. Thus drowning or dehydration (if happening under the hot spot) can occur. I just used the lid of a sandwich box Rubbermaid type container filled with maybe 5 mm high of water for my babies for the first year.
Likewise, the stones you mention might encourage them to climb and flip over as a result. To be on the safe side I always made sure, that the temperature in a baby enclosure at no time and in no place goes over 32 degrees Celsius, to be under the lethal maximum temperature for sure, in case flipping over occurs.

Just a few thoughts! Good luck with your baby,
Gaby
