depending on where you live they may have bred. Especially if they have been together for almost 3 years. If you noticce her on the floor a lot and rotating her head in a circular motion then that is exactly what she is doing. The male will grab the back of the females neck to hold her to breed. If there are no other marks on her (legs, tail, face) then this may be a good indication. Spring is here... lizards know it from the change of weather...

Watch her eatin habits, as they may change in a couple months.
