Its a cuban knight anole (anolis equestris).

I have had several of these over the yearrs. It doesn't indicate it in any of the sites that I have read about them, but they will consume, in addition to insects, fruits like melon, cantaloupe, berries, apple, pear and sweet red peppers, butternut squash, etc.

They are usually not very tameable and quick to bite....but very interesting to watch.

The one in the pictures you included in your post looks like it could be male...but to be sure, I need better shots of the base of the tail.
