I have always gone by the let them eat their fill school of thought. I think as long as you are feeding them something like crickets or mealies you are fine. Letting them eat all they want of something high in fat like wax worms would not be so good. Kind of like how you can eat all the veggies you want but shouldn't eat 10 bowls of ice cream.
