Just wondering if any of you guys have ever seen females that enjoy chasing and biting males. Here in south jersey I have witnessed this with wild spotted frequently. The females will chase males off basking spots, also in the water you will see females chasing and biting males in the water. I have never seen this in observing many turtles in the wild. Only with spotteds have I seen such aggressive behavior from females.
