Hello.
I'm intend to make a some area for my turtle in the garden. It could be quite large and nice place for him to walk. There are a lot of eadible plants like dandelion etc.

But also I have a problem cause there grows some – yews, pines and spruces which sheds theirs needles and this needles lies on the ground. That trees are known as poisonnous but none of them is enumerated on the “California Turtle and Tortoise Club Poisonous Plant List” (http://www.tortoise.org/general/poisonp.html) so I don't know if they are poisonous for the turtles and it will be safe to let my turtle spend time on this area.
