Hi,

I left a message here awhile ago regarding my yellowfoot tortoise. I have had him inside in a guinea pig cage for the last several years. He had developed an eye problem and I did not know what to do. He has since recovered on his own. Since it is summertime, I have had him on my deck during the day with a hide and water bowl. I put him in at night. He is perfectly healthy now, no eye problems and very active. I know it was the sun and very humid days that helped him. I am now worried as summertime is ending quickly and wintertime/snow will be upon us. I would like to set him up in a different cage for the winter but don't know which is best. Can anyone give me their opinion on where I can purchase a good cage that will hold humidity and heat and I can get a UV light on him. I also would like a cage that can ba a display type. He is very good looking tortoise and I don't want to hide him.
Thank You
