i may not be the best to answer this but since responses by others has been less than overwhelming........the ones that i think of off the top are:university of michigan,univ. of florida,univ. of texas,u of kansas.....those are just a few,some of the oldest programs i know of.reptiles magazine did an article about this a ways back.
