They are not very big, I house mine in 24-24-24in cages and house babies in 24-24-18in, I prefer a lower cage for babies sins they jump from the highest point to the ground when feeding, also a lower cage allows higher temps, this is good for babies. I like it when they heat up in the mid 80s to lower 90s daytime, of course they can bask at higher temps if the want to, my night time lows are about 75f. NTL is very important with these dragons.



In these cages I can keep a pair of adults, some may see this as a little small, better have a small cage that provides the needed temps and humidity, one in witch your lizards will easily find water and food, then a very large cage in witch you have no control of the above.











Hears a cage photo and a photo I took this morning in my back yard, I wanted to illustrate that even delicate amphibians bask in full sun, of course you can very well understand that tree dragons do the same.
