Well, earthworms will only be as nutritious as the soil they are kept in. My pacman frogs are on a diet of nightcrawlers, crickets, and superworms. I try to feed crickets, dusted with vit/cal supplements, more often. No problems so far, although, Ed has mentioned a study where bullfrogs fed a staple diet of earthworms developed muscle disorders. Do a search because I can't recall to well.
