Chances are, that if it is a juvinile, it hasn't developed metabolic bone diesease to such an extent that it is actually deformed. That usually takes months. The best thing to do for it is dust all of the food that you are giving it with calcium powder (as you said you were doing), and if you can, add a UVB light. Normally this light would be wasted on them as they borrow and hide and are not exposed to the light at all, but if you keep it on paper damp paper towels with the light on for 10-12 hours a day this should help.
