Anyone feed roaches ?

Hi
I feed crickets and wax worms though buy them never cultured any (keep the crickets in 10 gallon tank with egg crates-food,etc) . I was reading about roaches they seem like something anoles would love.

Anyone ever feed them to their anoles or culture them? I was looking into small type not those huge hissers .

I have had crickets hide for a day or so and bite holes in pothos leaves and bamboo leaves. So roaches looked interesting. Not sure if just mostly wings .
