I'm not an expert, but my opinion is it looks to be a species of palm salamander. Sorry that I can't be more specific. My opinion is based on me looking at the overall physical shape, the head and the slight webbing between the toes. I have never seen one like it until now. Very AWESOME looking salamander!!!
