Professional Breeders had these high white Cal Kings way way back. They called them “Snow California Kingsnakes”. The same thing in yellow was called “Golden Yellow”. I guess the ideal was refinement for solid yellow or white. I think the fancy color brochure I got a zillion years ago has the same pictures and descriptions as their current one, so not sure on the success of their refining the traits any further all these years later. Maybe these near 100% solids are the result after all these years? But the name “Snow” was used a long time ago for them. Most of the “Designer” I see advertised are just a high white Banana king. Or at least that’s what I thought they looked like.
