baby lizard!

I found this little guy outside on a flowerpot, and I'm tryin to figure out what exactly he is.
Found him in Southern California, in the mountains behind Escondido (north county san diego), and as you'll see in the pictures, he is TINY. I kinda want to keep him but I'll probably just feed him and then let him go.

There are TONS of fence lizards, alligator lizards, bluebellies, and skinks around here, but he doesn't really look like anything I've seen around here before. If he's just a baby version of one of those, don't hesitate to tell me!

His tummy:

Looks bluer than it is, and I was scared to keep holdin him like that even though he wasn't struggling.

His top:

It's not that cold right now (77 in the house) so I'm honestly not sure why he was hugging my finger like it was the first warm thing he'd ever seen, but it made picture taking easy!

His side:

He's that really pretty yellow color all over, but the lighting's making his side look blue.

Any input would be appreciated!
