Correct me if I'm mistaken... but there is no toad that you lick to produce hallucinogenic experiences.

The one that is commonly thought to be licked is Bufo Alvarius, but the toxin comes from the glands(better word? I forget) on the legs and back... but if you swallow it you would die.

Maybe dogs just have awesome immune systems, or maybe this reporter is just stupid.
