...Some people will advise against it because of stress, but if you factor in the fact that you'll be causing them 15 minutes of stress every day for a few weeks or months..comparing that to 2-5 minutes of stress during feeding and cleaning and maintenance over their lifetime, it weighs itself out to be worth it.

Short term > long term.
