I have a breeding pair of dragons that have been successful many times over. But recently I have been having lots of problems keeping my babies. I had 8 babies from 2 batches of eggs that hatched between March 10 and May 3. In the middle of the summer I lost 5 babies between July and August. And 1 of them lived until mid October and the other died mid November. They would look nice and fat and be eating and drinking lots and then the next day they are completely emaciated and they are usually laying limp on the ground and no amount of force feeding/drinking after that point will revive them. The 5 that died in the summer I thought was due to heat because I lived in a suite with no air conditioning and it was sweltering, however the babies were drinking water regularily. The last 2 deaths were completely unexpected because I moved and all my conditions were stable and at the required temperatures.
I would appreciate some suggestions on what I did wrong or what I could do better in the future. I currently have 5 eggs incubating and I don't want to have the same problems with them! Can anyone help me?

Wendy
