Had a decent year for amphibs, not so much for reptiles. Stayed in southern Ontario the whole year.

Frogs

Northern Leopard Frog (tons)
Pickeral Frog (a few)
Spring Peeper (20 or so)
Western Chorus Frog (1)
Gray Treefrog (tons, found a huge breeding pond)
American Toad (tons)

Salamanders
Redback (tons, no leadback but found a black one with lots of blue spot)
Spotted Salamander (5 or so)
Blue-spotted Salamander (20 or so)

Turtles
Midland Painted (20 or so)
Common Snapper (a few)

Snakes
Eastern Garter (tons)
Butler's Garter (tons from new spot)
Redbelly (a few)

I'm going down to Florida this spring so it'll be a nice list next year.
