I went to the main den and there was a wandering garter snake Thamnophis elegans vagrans poking his head out. I walked around a little more, then came back, and there were two heads sticking out. They ducked back into the hole when they saw me. Then my sister pointed out a snake emerging from another hole. I went to catch it, but the wind blew my hair into my eyes. I came back for the other two, and they were out basking. I caught both and took pictures. They were surprisingly clean. They were cold, but I warmed them up with some handling. I got pics and I will post them later once I reduce the size. Thanks, [ Reply To This Message ] [ Subscribe to this Thread ] [ Show Entire Thread ] | ||
